Very PANG-like rounded-over bell and the profile gives it a wonderful Old World complex and smoky tone. It LOOKS like an old-school Swish with a FAT, acutely upturned lip.
- When you ride on it, it delivers a semi-dry stick attack with a hint of trashiness. Great for the Mel Lewis thing.
- Goes from whisper to a roar easily. Dark. Complex. Medium controlled with notes of dryness. Has no problem cutting but can be quiet too.
