- And this one is wonderfully Light and Complex sounding. It’s a terrific Semi-Dry Ride that offers a great golden Dark Crash.
- This particular K has a downward flanged edge giving it a bit more complexity and cut than most.
- Zildjian first produced this series in the late 80s/early 90s and it was one of the first specialty K items - it wasn’t a heavy ride etc.
- Absolutely gorgeous looking and sounding over 20 year old Zildjian 20” K Pre-Aged Dry Light Ride in magnificent condition.
- Only 2197 grams gives this glorious 20” a very light and airy, golden warm and complex tone.
- BUT….
- As the name suggests it has a classy subtle semi-dryness to it with a played-in feel.
- The stick attack is controlled and floats above a very warm, luscious and dark over 23-year aged wash.
- Bill Stewart K Custom Dry Complex vibes on this one.
- Semi-complex. Warm, woody stick attack that has a percolating airiness to it but overall remains controlled. Very Crashable and with a large, rounded bell.
- You can really see and hear Zildjian stretching their series on this Pre Aged K Dry Light.
- Fantastic condition. No issues. Very clean!!
