- I happen to have this beautifully aged and mellowed and. I longer made Zildjian K Custom Dark Crash in the FAST 15” Size.
- 866 grams. Dark. Lower pitched for a smaller cymbal. Punchy. Opens quickly.
- Mellowed and dried with a beautiful darkened patina.
- Zildjian describes this K Custom Dark as:
“ The dark and full-bodied K Custom Dark Crash utilizes a special over-hammering technique that allows for a quick and bright attack with an extra fast decay.”
- But this beauty is fairly dark and in a 15”. So it’s even quicker than it’s larger brethren.
- Use it for anything. Cuts very well but remains dark.
