- Very Thin and very, very responsive 722 gram Top Cymbal with a fairly thin 1056 gram Bottom Cymbal. Thats one of the THINNEST Top cymbals you’ll find on this era! From the late 1960s or early 1970s. They look like they have a bit of that famous 60s hand hammering.
- Why go $480 for the modern ones - just trying to imitate these. They won’t be anything close to this famous tone!
- Here we have a pair of LIGHT, clean-sounding articulate, slightly dry with a pinch of complex SHIMMER, VINTAGE Zildjian New Beat 14” Hihats in fantastic shape! Aged beautifully over the last half a century.

- And that they do!! Crisp, tight, clean, and articulate sticking that is focused - compliments of that 5-decade old patina. These beauties are drier and more tight and clean sounding than the $480 new ones - these beauties have aged and focused up beautifully.
- This particular pair has a light liveliness that floats over the top - just a hint of brilliance to them. I guess they were anointed!
