If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) with no signs of damage, usage or wear. Refunds must be initiated within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order. Returns must be insured for the full amount of the item(s) included. Please send the tracking number of your package via email so we can be on the look-out for your return.
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling, re-listing, and customer service.
- Item(s) are to be returned in the original sale condition with no signs of damage, usage or wear.
- Items that are damaged, lost or stolen during transit are not eligible for refund. A separate claim will need to be filed directly through the carrier.
- Refunds are only available for item sale price.
- Original shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Most refunds will be issued within 24 hours of Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals receiving the returned item(s).

CLAIMS:Should your order arrive visibly damaged, do not accept delivery without carrier verification of the damage. Save all shipping containers or boxes and immediately contact Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals to receive return.
If a customer receives a shipment from Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals and then forwards the package(s) to a third party, Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals is in no way responsible for damages, lost goods, claims, or import fees of any kind.
Hazelshould is in no way an authorized dealer of any brand and offers no waranty of any kind on any items.
It is incumbent on the buyer to report any instances of damage immediately upon receiving their package. Any delay in reporting damage to Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals may void the offered return policy.
