Returns & Claims

RETURNS:

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in the original packaging with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc., and no sign of abuse or wear.  The item must be received by Hazelshould within 14 days of the delivery date.  Please email to inform us of any returning items with the tracking number so we can be on the look out for your return.

  • Items are to be returned with original packing
  • Items are to be returned in the original sale condition
  • Damaged, lost or stolen goods are not eligible for refund
  • Refunds are only available for item sale price
  • Original & return shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement without proof of damage
  • Most refunds will be issued within 24 hours of Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals receiving the returned items

Send email requests to hazelshoulddrum@yahoo.com to get the mailing address for returns.

CLAIMS:

Should your order arrive visibly damaged, do not accept delivery without carrier verification of the damage. Save all shipping containers or boxes and immediately contact Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals to receive return.

If a customer receives a shipment from Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals and then forwards the package(s) to a third party, Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals is in no way responsible for damages, lost goods, claims, or import fees of any kind.

Hazelshould is in no way an authorized dealer of any brand and offers no waranty of any kind on any items. 

It is incumbent on the buyer to report any instances of damage immediately upon receiving their package.  Any delay in reporting damage to Hazelshould Drums & Cymbals may void the offered return policy.
