- At a wonderfully thin 1736 grams, this 20.25” is as wobbly as my morals on St. Patrick’s Day!
- The craftsmanship is beautiful - it has the golden - blue - ish glow of an old school Vintage gem. Light factory pre-aging look to this one.
- The bell is beautifully hand hammered and thinly lathed and has a medium low profile - giving this 20” hint of control, which is a terrific thing on a Paperthin 20.25” that wobbles. It’s slightly darker and lower pitched as well.
- What’s fascinating about this particular 20.25” Custom Borba is that it has an inimitable PAPERY LIGHT shimmer to it that eludes the big cymbal makers. The crash has a distinctive brilliance to it!
- So light and responsive it comes alive with the tap of a finger or the breath of a brush!
