Glorious and famous Paiste 2002 24” Ride in Excellent Condition.
What's fascinating about this GIANT 2002 is that it has all the gorgeous, clean, shimmering tone that catapulted the 2002 series to stardom over 50 years ago, however it is LOW in pitch! Uniquely.LOW. And although 2002s are normally as bright as the equatorial sun, this Massive 24" definitely has a darker quality to it. It's not as dark as a Traditional but it IS considerably darker than a 20" or even 22". The weight is an auspicious 3888 grams.
When played lightly, this 24" glows softly, emitting a glassy, shimmering tone that is chime-like--with that unmistakable CLEAN Paiste tone and low pitch. And with that Giant 6" Bell, this 24" 2002 will slice right through to the back wall. SOLID.
