Rare Istanbul AGOP VEZIR 20” Factory CRASH RIDE 2148 g Absolutely Incredible Sounding! Earlier Agop

Here’s a killer sounding EARLIER AGOP that they no longer make. Hell I’ve never even SEEN this - 20” VEZIR Factory stamped “CRASH RIDE” and it indeed excels at BOTH!

The beauty of the Vezir is that is combines the Traditional top with the TURK underside - perfect blend of both famous series.

Darker, more complex, and much more organic than any K Constantinople could dream to be. Fully lathed golden top, raw, unlathed underside.

This combination provides the Goldilocks zone for a terrific, controlled stick attack followed by a glowing warm wash with a subtle light complexity. However, that wash dissipates faster than a fully lathed Traditional Style cymbal would. Therein, lies the magic of this cymbal.

This particular 20” Earlier AGOP VEZIR crashes exceptionally well. The best I’ve heard from a Vezir.

Amazing Main Ride or Left Side Crash Ride. A perfect complement to and Signature, OM, Mel Lewis etc.
