Weighing 2335 grams, this Paiste Prototype plays like a Medium Thin to Medium. It’s not heavy or clangy but it definitely has enough weight to offer a solid stick attack and penetrating bell. The bell is really great.  

More full, and darker than the 2002s, when you crash on it, it unleashes a wall of blossoming wash. It roars.
