          These 15s” are spectacular and thinner than most! 

The good Lord did not put Vintage half-century-old Paistes on this Earth so that you could spend nearly $800 on a pair of “Re-Issue”  ones. 

I'm serious.

I'm so serious that the sentence "I'm serious" got its own bullet point.

That is absolutely preposterous to spend that on a "Reissue" when you can have the REAL DEAL 1960s 602s for less money. The actual rare real ones.

And they’re the THIN FIFTEENS. LIGHT and Complex. 

This is the sound that put Paiste on the map in the 1960s and 70s, not the reissue…THIS. 

This is the sound that you've heard on all those famous recordings in the last 60 years. 

This particular pair has fantastic complex tone that is very different than the new ones.  

Famous light, whispy, airy, warm and breathy, complex and responsive 15s”.  

Of course, they have that wonderful splashy 602 tone when opened. When played with your foot they deliver a very warm CHUP tone that sounds like it belongs to Billy Higgins.  

This pair has a solid CHICK tone. And a great tight and organic articulation when closed. Light and airy complexity when opened. 

Stunning, 60-year-old golden patina, mellows these generous sized 15s" out perfectly.  Still have that breathy complexity. 

Light. Thin. A joy to record. Iconic. 15” 602s from the 1960s. 

The REAL DEAL. Don’t pay hundreds more for the regular-ass “re-issues.” Thinner pair! 

There are absolutely NO issues except the jealously hurled at you from other drummers.
