- Pure poetry! Except this sounds fairly dark to me.
- Weighing in at a lovely 1624 grams this Meinl plays like a great THIN Crash. The tone is semi-dark with a subtle, glassy shimmer.
- The decay is medium fast to fast for a larger sized 19”. And it's responsive at lower level volumes--compliments of the thinner weight. Sounds beautiful with mallets as well.
- Although this is technically a "Medium Thin” this 19” plays more like a Thin Crash! If you have a light touch, you CAN use it as a smaller smooth Light Ride.
- The smoky bronze top actually dries up the stick attack nice and it makes a beautiful smaller Light Ride or Left Side Crash Ride.
- Dark. FULL. Medium Lower Pitched. Medium fast sustain for a larger cymbal. Still responsive at medium low volumes.
- Perfect from soft to loud.
- No issues. Immaculate in the bag. Only played for the video. That’s it. Have a listen and buy with confidence!
