One of the NICEST, most beautiful Deep CHINA PANG SWISH Cymbals or Alternate Light Rides I’ve recorded lately. This wonderfully thin 2185 gram Meinl Foundry Reserve opens up with ease. Very responsive.  

It’s complex and organic and with a fantastic WARM and smoky tone. Then it pulls right up and makes a killer Dry Complex Alternate Ride. Complex but still with an amazing stick attack and very responsive. 

Factory stamped “China Ride” but as you can hear, it makes a killer Light Complex Smoky Thin Ride. Factory 4 rivets make the perfect swish sizzle. 

Stunning craftsmanship. Meinl went the extra mile with this Foundry Reserve 22”. 

There’s a reason Meinl has gained such popularity in the last decade: they’re paying attention. And here’s the proof.
