- This is an amazing 75 year old Zildjian - the kind people are always asking me to find.

- It’s their gilded age. There’s something about the metal from that era. It’s soft and buttery and pliable. And it’s actually Hand Hammered - imagine that!
- And that’s exactly the case with this particular VERY THIN 20” 7 decade old Zildjian.
- This is the tone Zildjian built their name on.
- Only 1888 grams! That’s very hard to find on a Block Stamp today - the ones that survived the 80s are usually well over 2000 grams.
- This particular 20” is DARK and has as exceptionally warm, light complexity.
- The 75-year-old dark gold patina has aged and mellows this 20” out magnificently.
- Light and woody stick attack that is followed by a wonderful glowing warm Block Stamp Hand Hammered wash.
