- This Zildjian 22" K plays like a Semi-Complex Dark Medium Thin to Medium Ride. As you can see, it is heavily hammered and similar in appearance to a K Constantinople-it has a very wavy surface and similar hammering.
- However, as Zildjian professes, the bulked up weight gives it added projection WITHOUT sacrificing tone. It delivers a solid stick attack and still has a subtle complexity to it. Almost like a heavier K Constantinople 22". And the bell is more solid than a K Cons.
- The weight is 2938 grams which contributes to its strong definition.
- Complex but still fairly focused with a good attack and an overall smooth tone for the series, and definitely crashable when you need a HUGE 22" FULL Crash tone.
- Perfect for low to loud volumes - one of the most versatile Ks Zildjian makes - or at least made. Apparently they don’t right now.
