  • And that is indeed accurate! Again, this particular one is smoother than most.

  • Weighing in at a luscious 2362 grams, this K Sweet Ride plays like a Huge, Thin to Medium Thin FULL Crash Ride or Smooth DARK Ride. The tone on this K is Dark, slightly complex, warm, and FULL. And it’s definitely smooth.

  • The spread is terrific and the bell yields a solid "DING" tone, which is terrific on a big 21" that remains crashable.

  • What's cool about this Big 21" is that it is fairly Dark AAAAAAAAAAAAND it projects extremely well when crashed upon. And THAT is a rare combination. Dark cymbals usually do not project that strongly, bright ones do...but the tone is frequently sacrificed for volume. This K is very well balanced -- Semi-Dark AND with a superb projection.  Classic WARM K tone. A real Beauty!!
