Zildjian A CUSTOM FAST CRASH 14” Shimmering Quick Decay! Only 734 g DON’T PAY $300!

No need to pay $300 - YES, $300 for. 14” big box store guess at tone! That’s ridiculous!

And so here, chez hazelshould, we don’t live that life! Listen away! You can hear this exact cymbal so you can buy with confidence. And dammit! This one sounds really great.

Zildjian A CUSTOM FAST CRASH 14” at only 734 grams.

Zildjian describes this cymbal as:
"Bright, airy and responsive Crashes with an extremely short decay. Slightly thinner than the existing Custom Crash, the A Custom Fast Crash explodes with color."

Sexxxxxaaaay!!!

Weighing in at ONLY 734 grams, this A Custom plays like a THIN FAST Crash. Of course this 14" has all of the shimmering CLEAN, crisp, semi-dark tone that catapulted the A Custom Series to stardom over 35 years ago. And what I dig about this specific cymbal is that it opens up nicely but remains controlled and gets out of the way quickly-just like it was designed to do. And its thinner weight makes it responsive at lower volumes. A great sounding thin Zildjian.

One of the nicest A CUSTOM FAST CRASHES I’ve heard.

No issues.  Great shape with a light patina.

And nowhere near $300 for a big box store guess at tone!
