- Here’s an Istanbul you never see! A true factory PANG! This is actually one of my favorite cymbals we recorded recently because it’s like a liquid-y bendable Crash Pang EFX. There is not much like it out there.
- Similar to an Agop Trash Hit in that it lies between a crash and a pang/china. So responsive you can easily use this with hand percussion.
- Bends like a piece of paper in your hands - really crazy. This is such a soft and supple feeling cymbal.
- A wonderfully thin 1186 grams. Very different than a China. Much more mellow.
- Take the dark, exotic, complex leanings of a Hand Hammered PANG China and now add the alternate ride-ability of an 18” and you have an incredibly versatile Istanbul.

- Warm. Complex. Broad spread with a very mellow glow. Opens with the lightest touch. Subtle, glowing wash.
