- The tone is warm with a low pitch. What I specifically dig about this 17” is that it has all the warm dark leanings of Meinl's Hand Hammered Series, however, being a "Medium Thin Crash," the projection is solid but it does not clank and is not overbearing.
- Opens quickly. Semi-complex. Medium fast decay with a strong cut.
- No issues. Great dark patina built up naturally. Aged and mellowed with slightly bendible edges.
- Just a killer all-around Dark Medium Thin.
