- Here’s a harder find Hand Hammered Thin 19” that’s DEEP HAMMERED with a brushed finish!
- Bosphorus Syncopation Series SW 19” Crash weighing only 1440 grams in Immaculate Condition!
- FACTOID: the “SW” stands for “sand washed.” See - today was worth waking up for!!
- Weighing in at a svelte, THIN to PAPER THIN 1440 grams, this Bosphorus plays like a SEMI-DARK, FAIRLY DRY, papery COMPLEX PAPER Thin Crash. The tone is extremely ORGANIC, a pinch dark, a bit DRY, and VERY Complex AND WHISPY -which is not always an easy combination to find.
- The initial attack on this 19” opens quickly and yields a terrific spread with myriad overtones, HOWEVER, this 19” being pre-aged with a sand-washed finish, those overtones decay quickly leaving a DRY, papery sounding crash that is nothing like and big company offer.
- And at only 1440 grams, this Bosphorus is bendable and quick, and responsive at lower volumes.
- Broad spread, very complex and whispy, slightly DRY with a very quick decay
- Like a splashy crash!
- Gorgeous craftsmanship with no issues! Stunning deep hand hammering. Mint condition
- Hard to actually find one out in the wild! Not stock photo nonsense.
- And it sounds fantastic!
