Vintage 1960s Zildjian 16” Hihats that are incredibly full sounding with a surprising darkness.

I’m not sure how these beauties entered the world but they both have 1960s stamps and they make a killer pair of Full Hats.  

At 1474 and 1588 grams these 16s” lay like big Dark Heavier K Hats - that’s the vibe. They cut exceptionally well and cleave a mix with ease.  

Like dark Rock Hats but with a 60 year old patina that driers them out beautifully.  

Very full.  Massive. No problem projecting through a mix. Absolutely killer live.
