The 1558 gram weight gives this 19” a terrific DARK THIN Crash tone that sounds robust when really laid in to.
- The edges are thin and bendable. It has an aged softness to it and it’s an actually half-way to vintage land as it is.
- The pre-aged patina finish dries this Avedis out a pinch and gives it a quick sustain when crashed upon and a fantastic, semi-dry stick attack when you ride on it.
- Fantastic Left Side Ride or smaller Light Ride. Or just straight up Dark Crash that’s controlled.
- Fairly soft pliability - incredible sounding Thin Crash or dark sounding Light Crash Ride. Even opens up with mallets. Very smooth and responsive.
- This particular one is very balanced sounding with a nice fullness when crashed upon but it gets out of the way quickly.
- Fantastic condition with absolutely no issues. Typical patina/wear that organically comes with this series. natural.
