- Here’s a beautiful semi-dry yet complex and papery 30-year-old HH - and that makes for a gorgeous Light Ride or Paper Thin Crash Ride.
- Beautiful blurry edges when played! These early ones are sooooooo early the HHX line had not even been created yet!
- Easily bendable!
- EARLY Vintage Sabian Original HH MANHATTAN RIDE 20” Sizzle in fantastic condition.
- This 20” has all the hallmark Hand Hammering of the earlier Manhattan - back when Sabian was expanding their HH line and not naming things “Medium” or “Heavy” but getting more creative with their series.
- At a very THIN 1736 grams this 20” plays like a light and airy Warm Thin Complex Ride. It’s bendable and has an incredibly responsive stick attack that falls on the drier size for its thin weight.
- Easily crashable.
- Super light and airy, semi-dry with a complex Hand Hammered wash that does still remain controlled overall.
- Mellowed over 3 decades.
- Light Main Ride. Mellow Left Side Ride. HUGE crash. This Original HH 20” can occupy a lot of positions on the kit.
- No issues. Beautiful golden patina that has buildup naturally.
- No an easy cymbal to find these days! The original MANHATTAN HH. I have only seen a few ofhers. That’s it.
