- Very DARK. It projects superbly but is overall very responsive. Has a terrific stick attack.
- This one has all the classic, super complex, ultra-dark trashiness that catapulted the Crash O’ Doom to fame. It opens up and plays well at low volumes. But can certainly roar!
- Very broad dynamic range.
- It offers a semi-dry attack to use as an alternate ride. Trashy and dark - a perfect foil for a bright ride. This one has a lightness to it.
- The Crash Of Doom famously falls somewhere between a China and a Crash - it’s part of Zildjian’s Oriental series. This particular one leans a bit more towards the dry ride end of the spectrum.
- Fantastic condition. No issues. Famous for the factory warped edges and trashy explosiveness. Ages and mellowed for 25 years giving it a fantastic soft and flexible feel which is awesome on this FX Cymbal.
