- Here’s an absolutely stunning Paiste - one of the best DARK COMPLEX crashes around - and Paiste seems to think so too because they charge $760 for it.
-
But there is no need to spend full pop on a guess at a stock photo. Who knows what you get! That life sucks! And so here chez hazelshould, we don’t live it!
- Have a listen to this exact cymbal so you can buy with confidence. And it’s in amazing shape, as you can see.
- Hard to find actually in the flesh - not a stock photo - Paiste Traditional 20” THIN CRASH in great condition.
- Aged nearly two decades!
- As some of you may know, the Traditionals are the darkest, warmest and most complex Paiste series.
- And that is exactly the case with this glowing 20”. And being the largest size they make, it’s the darkest most lush one.
-
It’s soft, bendable, pliable and feels warm and played-in. The most responsive, musical Crash Paiste makes.
- With a light touch this 20” doubles as a magnificent Dark Complex Thin Ride.
- These Traditionals are a departure from Paiste’s sterile, clean tone.
- Only 1856 grams makes it a true THIN CRASH.
- Very dark. Warm. Very organic, especially for Paiste. Low pitched. Overall complex and with a hint of welcomed Vintage dirtiness you just don’t find in Paistes.
-
NO issues. Great shape with light golden patina. Light use.
- A gorgeous 20” that you can hear before you buy so that you can buy with confidence and not be stuck guessing.
