Meinl Pure Alloy Medium Crash in the generous 20” size!
- Weighing in at a lovely 1932 grams this Meinl plays like a great Medium Thin to Medium Crash. The tone is semi-dark with a subtle, glassy shimmer. The decay is medium for a 20". And it's responsive at lower level volumes--compliments of the thinner weight. Sounds beautiful with mallets as well.
- Although this is technically a "MEDIUM", this 20" plays more like a HUGE Medium Thin GRASH! If you have a light touch, you CAN use it as a smooth Light Ride.
- Dark. FULL. Lower Pitched. Medium to medium fast sustain for a larger cymbal. Very LUSH! Still responsive at medium low volumes.
