Yes!!  In all its GLORY! The hard to find and oh-so-glorious Paiste DARK ENERGY DARK DRY RIDE in the generous-sized 21”! Fantastic looking! Fantastic sounding!

These rare beauties frequently have dented edges like a clam! Not this gem! It’s nearly 20 years old and is aging magnificently!  Beautiful natural patina over the famous deep red, copper, sienna coloring!

One of Paiste’s most beautiful creations. So of course they only made it for a few years!

And yes, it is an UNLATHED & HAMMERED SIGNATURE DARK ENERGY. Technically filed as a “MARK 1.” 

Weighing in at perfect 2472 grams, this Dark Dry perfectly threads the needle between dry and complex. Smoky and yet somehow still Paiste CLEAN.

As you can see, the bell is raw, yet hammered and unlathed and 6". It's solid for such a dark, complex cymbal and offers a strong "DING" that cuts a mix quite well.

The tone is the darkest a Paiste Signature/Dark Energy gets and the wash is obviously complex and organic but still quite controlled.

Dark. Dry. Controlled. Still clean BUT NOT sterile or ping-y.

Crashes exquisitely! Could live its entire life as a Big Dark Crash. 

Blends well with any Trad, 602, Masters, DE etc. and sounds like NONE of them. Makes a great complementary Dry Crash Ride.
