This particular 21" is like a K Custom Special Dry mated with a K Custom Ride. And their offspring is something special!!

Weighing in at a lovely 2494 grams this 21" plays like a DRY Unlathed K Custom Medium Thin Ride. Surprisingly it’s still crashes exceptionally well too. 

As you can see, this cymbal's face is Raw, Hammered, and UNLATHED on the top with an Unlathed Brilliant Finish on the bottom. The wash is controlled, however it still supplies a very, very subtle "АААААННННННННН" rumble underneath the initial attack. The tone is dark and organic and... well....dry.

With such an "organic" and controlled tone, this cymbal is a natural choice for jazz and blues, however it's not limited to these genres. If you already own a bright or full ride, this K Custom will round out your arsenal of sounds whether it's funk, fusion, country, pop, ballads, breakbeats and loops, R&B,soul and even rock.
