RARE Istanbul AGOP TW TONY WILLIAMS SE SPECIAL EDITION 22” 2630 g COLLECTIBLE

An Eagle-eyed cymbalholic may recognize this: the rare ISTANBUL AGOP TONY WILLIAMS “TW SPECIAL EDITION” 22” at a beautiful 2630 grams.

This cymbal debuted about 20 years ago and was a very limited run. It has the foundation of an Agop Special Edition however the outer two inches are lathed on top, the underside is fully lathed (unlike that standard SE which is Signature-like) and the weight is considerably heavier supplying that pronounced  stick DEFINITION - what Tony was famous for.

The end result is a 22” AGOP that has all the smoky organic tone of the Hand Hammered wide lathe Special Edition but WITH that increased stick attack.

Great shape. Very hard to find. Collectible.
