- Weighing in at a lovely 3272 grams this 21” delivers SUPERB stick attack -compliments of the heavier constitution. This balanced 21 year old Zildjian yields a Classic K chime-like stick attack that is followed by a warm, LOW pitched and surprisingly DARK wash.
- What I particularly dig about this specific 21” is that the stick attack definitely stays ON TOP of the wash - the wash remains controlled and does not eclipse the stick definition--again thanks to the healthier weight.
- Very well-balanced. Combine that with a SOLID BELL and you have one hell of a nice sounding 22 year old Zildjian K Ride.
- And this beauty projects superbly--which is not always easy to find in Zildjians more subtle K series.
