This is a fascinating PAISTE. I’ve never seen this logo before:

BLACK LABEL Paiste 2002 PROTOTYPE but with the modern Red Label BORDER around it. What the hell is this sorcery??!!

And it’s a 14” 2002 China - which Paiste does not produce and was a pretty hard to find cymbal if and when they did make it. Which hell, I haven’t even seen!

Weighing in at a paper thin 610 grams, this Rare Paiste 14” has an exotic, quick attack with is very fast decay!

Opens quickly and is very responsive. Not overly trashy. Perfect for quick punches and accents.

Makes a terrific stacker or hell, as a 14” it could even be an effects hihat. 

Typical light use/wear. Nothing that affects the tone or longevity.

Sounds great. Collectible!
