PAISTE Original ETCHED LOGO TRADITIONAL EXTRA THIN Crash 16” 928 g ULTRA COMPLEX! Rare!

A RARE 25 YEAR OLD Paiste that is very hard to find these days - especially in the Factory “EXTRA THIN CRASH.” 

 It’s one of the best DARK COMPLEX Paper Thin crashes they ever produced, and they make nothing like it today. 

The Original Etched Logo Paiste Traditional 16” EXTRA THIN CRASH. 

These Original Etched Logo Traditionals are much darker, warmer and much more complex than the newer version. 

And that is exactly the case with this 25 year old Traditional Paiste.  It’s softer, bendable, more pliable and played-in than the new ones.  And it’s much more musical over all. So low are dark it could pass as an 18”, but it opens up faster. 

These Original Traditionals were a departure from Paiste’s sterile, clean tone. 

928 grams makes it a true PAPER THIN CRASH.

Very dark. Warm. Very organic, especially for Paiste. Low pitched. Overall complex and with a hint of welcomed Vintage dirtiness you just don’t find in Paistes. That’s why these Etched Logos are unique.

Light typical wear/wavy edges that you find on these thin Traditionals. They’re nearly all like that and it doesn’t affect the tone or longevity
