This beautiful kit comes from the DW California Custom Shop and it is DW's top of the line, exotic drum kit, not the PDP or performance series stuff. I believe it was a limited edition wood.

The combination of Mahogany and Spruce beautifully beefs up the low end to deliver a round a very fat tone. And that's a beautiful thing on a DW Collector's set.
